Hi, I’m Caroline and I am the owner here at Q. My hairdressing journey started over 20 years ago at college before I moved to Toni and Guy to finish my training while working as an apprentice in the salon. I worked there for 13 years before moving to Q when it opened its doors in 2011. I then took over ownership in 2017 and have been running the salon ever since.

I have recently completed training to become a Session Stylist with Kevin Murphy, along with training courses with Not Another Salon, the latest being a Freehand Balayage course – which is a favourite colouring technique of mine.

I am very lucky as we have such a fun and talented team working in the salon, it makes my job easy! You will still see me active in the salon as I run a very busy column of clients. I love all aspects of hairdressing, and would hate to be a boss who just does paperwork!
